10秒确实有点理想化，我实测过几台不同配置的机器，普遍在15-20秒左右。主要还得看你的SSD是SATA还是NVMe协议，以及主板BIOS里的快速启动设置是否开启。另外，后台如果有开机自启的软件多，也会拖慢进入桌面的时间，单纯换SSD不一定能秒开，设置也很重要。

其实10秒只是理想状态，还要看你主板BIOS的自检速度以及有没有开快速启动。很多老机器换个固态虽然响应快了，但开机进桌面往往还是要20-30秒左右，别光看SSD参数就行。
